Navigating Science In Times of War
Dr. Minakova is an Associate Professor at Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine. In 2023 she was named Optica Ambassador. Her research is on theoretical calculations and modeling of thermal physical processes in solar cells. She also explores best practices in the effective recruitment, training, and development of the roles of women and other underrepresented groups in STEM.
