This talk will be centered on improving one's ability to navigate mental health/work life balance and is aligned with the speaker Cristian Situ’s International professional and personal experience coming from Peru.

Specialist in Innovation, digital product design, and project management, with more than 10 years of experience. Passionate about leadership and teamwork, as well as education and people-centered design.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work firsthand with various organizations in creating and continuously improving content, products, and services, whether as part of companies or providing consulting and training.

In recent years, I have worked as an Education & Product Manager at Crehana, one of the fastest-growing and most significant Edtech startups in LATAM, and Head of Product at Colectivo23, an educational platform initiative by Intercorp, one of the most important economic groups in Peru and Latin America.

Additionally, I have collaborated as a consultant with organizations such as UNICEF, Volvo, MINEDU, among others. I am currently studying for a master’s in digital management at Hyper Island.
