Congratulations to Rachel Bezanson, who has been invited to give the Fred Kavli Plenary Lecture to open the 244th Meeting of the American Astronomical Society in June 2024. Rachel joins some of the most distinguished American astronomers who have given this opening lecture at each of the twice-yearly AAS meetings since 2011.
