The 3MT competition celebrates exciting research being conducted at our university and cultivates students' capacity to effectively explain their research in three minutes, in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience. We will hold a Departmental 3MT competition on Wed, Feb 22, at 4:30pm. The 3 winners of the competition will be nominated by the department to participate in the Dietrich School 3MT competition. Winners of the Dietrich School competition will be awarded prizes: 1st prize ($250), 2nd & 3rd prizes ($100); Overall School Prize: ($1,000).

Only Doctoral students who have passed their candidacy examination are eligible.
