Riccardo Maria Bianchi is a Research Associate at the University of Pittsburgh. He is based at CERN, in Geneva (Switzerland), where he works on the ATLAS experiment.

His research interests extend across Supersymmetry, model-independent searches for new physics, interactive data visualization, development of scientific software, computational physics, parallel computing, muon detectors, data acquisition. More details can be found on Riccardo's website.

He contributed to the textbook "Applied Computational Physics", by Prof. Joe Boudreau and Prof. Eric Swanson, published by Oxford University Press.
