Film By: Noah Livingston
Noah Livingston thinks of his film as a tool to help meditate on the specific local environment of Pittsburgh as a city and as a natural space. It is constructed through the imaging of common sights in a truly new light,
the light of infrared. Mirroring the scientific mode of expanded spectrum imaging and melding modern technologies once used only for application-specific imaging, the beauty of our urbanity can be better revealed. With the help of Jeffrey Newman, this film appreciates the crafting and presentation of imaging techniques and observation to better communicate the complexities, beauties, and importance of the imaged subject.
Livingston is a filmmaker from Pittsburgh, Pa. He is a candidate for a Bachelor of Arts degree in film and media studies.
